Return & Refund Policy

At Wipe Evo, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund process.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Proof of purchase — your order confirmation email or delivery note — is required.

Perfect Fit Guarantee

Every wiper blade we sell is precision-matched to your specific vehicle. If the product does not fit your car as described on our website, we shall cover return postage and provide a free exchange for the correct item or a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via our contact page or by telephone on +44 (0)20 7946 0147. Please have your order number to hand.
  2. We shall issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and provide detailed postage instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it using a trackable delivery method.
  4. Include the RMA number on or inside the parcel.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we shall process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Credit/debit card: The refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: The refund will be credited to your PayPal account within 3–5 working days.

Original postage costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Need a different size or made a mistake selecting your vehicle? Not to worry. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we shall arrange an exchange. If the replacement item has a price difference, we shall charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not as described, please contact us straightaway — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect

We shall arrange a free replacement dispatch or a full refund, including any return postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, wiper blades that have been fitted to a vehicle cannot be returned unless they are defective. Opened packaging is accepted only if the product itself has not been used.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 working days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or payment provider first — processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us and we shall investigate.
