Delivery & Shipping
Wipe Evo dispatches from local warehouses to ensure your wiper blades reach you as swiftly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Domestic Delivery (United Kingdom)

All standard orders over £17.99 qualify for free delivery. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat delivery charge calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 working days
- Rest of world: 14–28 working days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Please note that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel in real time. You may also check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.
Delivery Attempts
Our couriers will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place or leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions
At present, we are unable to ship to:
- PO boxes
- BFPO addresses
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours or your building's reception. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 7 days and we shall work with the courier to resolve the matter.
If your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please get in touch with our team. We shall investigate with the courier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening it and contact us immediately. We shall arrange a free replacement.
